Position – Project Manager (Agile)
Location – Atlanta, GA
Type – Contract (6+ months)
Main Skills and Accountabilities:
Looking for an experienced Project Manager with working knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles.
Project management and leadership experience, with Agile Project working experience (5+ years of experience
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously 5-10 years of experience
Experience managing project costs, schedules, scope, and risk, with appropriate reporting of status and variance.
Working knowledge of Agile principles (preferably Scrum), acting as Scrum Lead / Master for team.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, JIRA (or similar); with strong analytical skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and ‘attention to detail’ skills / Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. / Strong interpersonal and time management skills./ Fluent in French and English.
Working experience using Microsoft Project/PPM (or similar tools Experience with Microsoft Project Web App/PWA is a plus.
Knowledge, Experience, Training, Education:
Knowledge or professional experience with Agile Process Management,
Understanding of how to measure actuals to budget and how to monitor during the project development cycle.
Excellent relationship building skills with a good understanding of different cultures and how to work with them to deliver results, in a global organization.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams and facilitate conversations that lead to agreed direction.
Must be able to travel 5-25% of the time including global travel.
Experience within the travel industry is desired but not required.
Scrum Master, PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
Ability and desire to work with people all over the world, with the probability of a varying work schedule to accommodate different time zones.
Bachelor''s degree or equivalently qualified by experience.
