We need candidates with the experience range of 8-12 years only .
Mandatory Skills: Project Management - Agile
Responsibilities:
Overall own the execution of a key feature/project.
Work with Product Owner, Business Analyst, and individual contributors to ensure prioritized and groomed project backlogs to have sufficient details, and are ready to be worked on without delays, ambiguity or rework.
Manage sprint planning and execution by identifying potential blockers and contingency plans
Facilitate the scoping of epics through story creation, sizing, and tasking.
Facilitate project management activities including but not limited to planning, communication, scope management, scheduling, status reporting, risk management.
Interact with functional organizations to establish priorities, resolve differences, make business trade-offs, and sequence initiatives to achieve long term goals
Make decisions and communicate trade-offs and risks; drive key decisions across projects.
Provide input into strategic planning and asset creation processes.
Ensure that cross-functional status is regularly presented at appropriate governance bodies
Influence executives, business units, and technology teams on Agile principles, values, how to build, grow, and maintain a thriving Agile organization at scale.
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent experience
8+ years Project Management/Scrum experience in developing and delivering web applications
Build and maintain relationships with cross-departmental stakeholders to increase collaboration and productivity
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working with globally distributed sites and teams
Hands-on ability to keep projects on track and address issues proactively
Experience with the Rally, Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence) preferred
Experience managing multiple projects and Product Owners
Must have worked with Product Owners / Managers, Cross functional teams.
Must have handled concurrent teams.
Must have worked in agile projects.
Must have handled development projects.
