Job Description :
1.Acts as champion of the project.
2. Responsible for End to End coordination and communication for within the scope of the project incl. coordination with the HR, Change Management, IT, testing, Infra and other relevant teams
3.Is accountable for the delivery of planned benefits associated with the project.
4.Work with the team members to create project plan and ensure resource availability
5.Managing costs and controlling budgets for the projects
6.Ensures resolution of issues escalated by the Project team or the Steering Committee/ RPA Council.
7.Sponsors the communications program; communicates the program’s goals to the organization as a whole.
8.Prioritizing project goals with other ongoing projects.
9.Assures availability of essential project resources
