Reference will be given to candidates with:
Understanding of NW processes and experience with Clarity & Open WorkBench.
Ability to manage and coordinate technical dependencies across multiple lines.
Ability to understand technical scope in a way that allows them to communicate needs of the project.
Strong communication skills - Clears articulates status and critical project issues in a concise manner; understands when escalation is appropriate.
Strong interpersonal skills - Understand the importance of building relationships with peers, scrum masters, project team members, leadership and business partners
Ability to manage financials to the expectations of the portfolio stakeholders.
Experience working in a mature corporate project office with robust methodologies
Other PM Duties include:
Proactively manage team dynamics with focus on results
Develop Program/Project work plan with milestones and estimates
Facilitate weekly team meetings flushing out risks and issues
Monthly Financial Reporting with variance to budget explanations
Bi-weekly status reports and communications
Effectively manage scope and Change Control process
