We have an urgent requirement for Project Manager 3/Business Analyst with our direct client
Position: Project Manager 3/Business Analyst
Duration: 8-12 months
Location: Augusta, ME
Description:
Status reporting of the project plan and work breakdown structure, with key milestones.
Provide process definition and configuration guidance during planning and design activities so that the final implementation meets requirements
Coordination, management, and risk mitigation of project work tasks defined in project plans, and resource allocation
Manage the vendor’s development of a quality control plan, communication plan, and risk management plan to ensure an acceptable solution implementation. and accountability toward the measures
Lead end-user testing including validation of requirements test coverage, assigning test activities, review of test results and defects, and coordination with vendor
Create presentation materials and deliver updates to working team, stakeholders, and executive steering committee
Required Skills:
Project Management Experience (Advanced; 7+ years); Demonstrated experience managing process redesign and package solution implementations involving multiple subgroups or teams. Experience Agile methodologies and/or State Governments a plus
Experience leading structure testing for end-user-acceptance
Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of a large complex organization and exceptional communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated knowledge of managing conflicts between resources and resolving organizational change issues.
Vendor Management experience, specifically successful implementations working with a vendor team
Proficient in Office 2016 products such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, including MS Project.
