Job Description :
Scope of Services:
· Overall project management and implementation coordination.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Technology,or a closely related field,
· Five (5) years of full time, progressive project management experience managing simple to large, complex technology projects.
· Knowledge and understanding of Parking Management systems.
· Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communications.
· Ability to deliver appropriate project statuses to different levels of management.
· Ability to coordinate project resources in a matrixed organization, including vendor resources.
· Strong risk and issue management skills as this project will be based on seasonal deadlines with limited windows to work.
· Even though there is a system being implemented, knowledge of construction project management practices and procedures is a plus, as many vendors and departments will be involved with this project.
