Role: Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst
Location: Denver, CO


Where
Uptown Denver, Colorado (Approx. 150 staff)
Clients are onsite with us (Approx. 50 client)
Technology Project for the State of Colorado

Details:
Standard Hours: 8am-5pm with a lunch. (May need some flexibility on some days with meetings that are scheduled during Lunch hours
Free parking available if needed.
Role is long term and the potential for full-time Deloitte hire based on performance over an extended period of time.
Experience
Requires a Bachelor degree (minimum)
Project management
Intermediate Excel (minimum)
Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets
Bonus: AWS,SQL Developer, Perforce Change Management tool, Clarity PPMSkills
Detail oriented
Prioritizes tasks well
Produces quality with repetitive tasks (Logging deliverables and tracking milestones)
Team player
Self-sufficient after training
Comfortable using and improving process documents
Professional writing skills for client emails and deliverables
PMO Tasks
Manages the PMO team email inbox/queue using labels (Google Mail)
Records milestones in project planning tool.
Submission of daily and formal client deliverable documents
Contributes to Invoicing and Forecasting reports
Supports Staffing (New Hire & Roll-Offs)
Generates weekly agendas and takes meeting minutes
Runs/distributes status and milestone reports
Offers support to the front desk admin/office manager
Works with a variety of clients on a daily basis (in person and email)
Involved in all aspects of project implementation and service delivery
Advises team on documented processes mandated by client Governance
Supports the Office Manager when they are out of office or unavailable. High level task of: buzzing in clients, scheduling rooms, email blasts, maintenance requests, etc
