Project Overview –
Our client is in the middle of a large-scale operating model transformation in which many business functions are being re-engineered and relocated to lower cost geographies.
This PMO project is intended to help manage this transition and monitor key metrics associated with it.

Role & Responsibilities –
Typical PMO functions including working with diverse stakeholders to define and document scope and project plans, monitor and report on performance against plan and identify and mitigate issues.
