Senior Project/Program Management Analyst

Must be W2, must be able to work onsite. Must haves: Must be a US Citizen, 2 years project management experience, great communication and organization.

The resource requirement needed for Order Ready support, is someone who can perform the CS Project Manager role.

The candidate will responsible for:
Setting up new Order Ready projects in GPT -
o Fill out and complete GPT tech spec.
o Fill out and complete OEI’s.
o Pull travelers (Pilot orders
o Submit Projects to engineering.
o Monitor project status while in engineering.
o Respond to all project inquiries / issues from Engineering during project development phase.
o Order Hardware for project development when applicable.
o Submit CONUS HW Substitution table entries when applicable.
o Enable DPN validation on new skus when applicable.
o Enable DPN for new bases when applicable.
o Pro-actively update SKUs and bases as new products are launched.

Create and update SKUs associated with Order Ready projects -
o Use the reports from WWT to monitor usage of Order Ready SKUs / part numbers.
o If an Order Ready SKU is leveraged on a custom project. The CS PM of the custom project will need to be notified by the Order Ready PM if changes are made that will affect the custom project (price, EOL, lead time change
o SKU maintenance includes Order Ready customer kit SKUs.

Sustain Order Ready projects and maintain the Order Ready Sales aid PDF document -
o Engage engineering or CFI L3 support team for factory issues when applicable.
o Respond, action, and communicate any changes to Order Ready projects to Sales and CS PM organization when applicable.
o Examples – An order on an Order Ready SI# is on hold because the base on the order is not currently listed on the project.
o Orders have been placed, but the part is EOL.
o Vendor product change.

The Order Ready Sales aid should contain:
o A description of all Order Ready service offerings.
o SI numbers for each Order Ready project.
o List each service offering SKU (including customer kits
o Instructions on how to place orders using the Order Ready SI number.
o Instructions on how to place orders for Order Ready customer kit items.
o Contact information for the Order Ready Project Manager.


This position requires US Citizenship, 2 years project management experience, great communication and organization.
This position is 100% onsite in Round Rock, TX.
Hours: 8:30am-5pm with the possibility of OT but not frequent.
This position is for 9 months with the possibility of extension but not guaranteed.
