Position Role Project Lead
Project Summary PierianDx is catalyzing global adoption of genomic sequencing in healthcare by empowering physicians in the laboratory and clinic to more effectively diagnose and treat patients with cancer and other complex diseases. PierianDx’s industry-leading genomic SaaS solutions, CAP and CLIA accredited laboratory, and shared knowledgebase are used by health systems, cancer centers and commercial laboratories worldwide driving the most integrated approach across the clinical care spectrum.
The selected candidate shall be managing resources and work stacks on the various modules of the IVD Software & Data Services support.
Responsibility • Candidate be responsible for managing software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management.
Candidate will be the bridge between senior management and the teams tasked with the actual execution of the project.
The ideal candidate will make sure the scope of the project is sound, reporting regularly on the progress of the project and that it is staying on the approved schedule.
Job Description Project Management :
Develop a comprehensive project plan to track progress and share it with clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget- Recommend technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating project outcomes
Perform risk management to mitigate project risks and manage risks related to people, technology, and processes
Make sure all the work related to the application moves forward successfully in a structured manner and also finding new ways to do it better.
Lead solution development, quality assurance, and release management teams
Team Management :
Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives
Communicate and cooperate with all involved teams and is accountable for end-to-end success of the project by integrating the technical, business, and commercial work
Ensures the team functions to the best of its abilities so that the objective/planned output can be achieved, by ensuring adequate allocation of work and monitoring quality
Brainstorm and identify client requirements for product/system design within the business and client teams
Present to clients reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Reporting on progress to the internal stakeholders and incorporate their feedback from time to time
Handles client interaction and manage project requirements, scope and timeline Scope Management
Define the project''s scope and determining efforts estimate
Implement and manage change of scope when necessary to meet project requirements
Estimate time and financial commitment, as well as how to monitor and report on the project''s progress
Key Technical Skill Project / Delivery Management
Desired Skills Skill Set Required :
10+ years of experience building and leading development and quality assurance teams including 4 to 5 years of experience in software development or infrastructure management
Broad exposure and understanding of the healthcare and Lifesciences domain (Genomics, Oncology)
Project planning and project management skills are a must have on the various methodologies (Agile must with recent exposure)
Computer Engineering Degree or equivalent a must, advanced degree an advantage
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery- Proficiency in AngularJS is a must with other frontend technologies, Python, .NET, Java, exposure to cloud infrastructure.
Expert at using GIT or other version control software for source code management
Strong technical capabilities within ETL, Data Warehousing, Dashboarding technologies and their architecture
Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong leadership, innovation, interpersonal collaboration skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
Preferred Requirements :- BE / B.Tech from Tier-1 institute would be preferred
Proven track record of working with international/global clients and ability to coordinate/work with multiple stakeholders of the project-
