Job Summary:
An experienced Project Lead with experience of handling Automotive Embedded S/W development. Preferred domain will be infotainment and Clusters.
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer requirements /DCRS and share it with supplier’s team.
Ability to understand STSS & pass to correct Suppliers
Make overall project plan and risks assessment. Planning & Tracking.
Set end dates for suppliers and track the progress
Responsible for integrating supplier provided components and release for validation.
Coordinate with Test teams to get the SW validated
Conduct daily and weekly meetings for the owned programs
Delivery and SQA review preparedness
Release process with SQA adherence and compliance
Interaction with customer to clarify queries and requirements
Resolve issues coming from suppliers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
BSME or BSEE from an Accredited University
Automotive/ Embedded Development Project Leading Experience
Good in communication
Project Leading/ Management experience is must
Process knowledge
Capable of handling a group of 10+ Team
Should have good intra group coordination skills
Proficient in Embedded C/C++, Microcontrollers, usage of debuggers and compilers
Experience on working with requirements and version management tools (like MKS, DOORS, PVCS, SVN, JIRA, Trackweb etc
Hands-on experience using debugger, emulators and compilers
Good understanding and experience of Testing concepts
Preferred domain can be Clusters / infotainment/HVAC/Body/Powertrain /Embedded domain
