Job Description :
. This includes coordinating enhancement resources, estimating the costs, enhancement change requests, documentation and transition to supporting staff who will maintain the system upon completion of the enhancement. This position will enable the enhancement team to stay on schedule throughout the life of the enhancement.

The Project Lead will work closely with analysts, developers and other functional groups across the organization.

Relies on experience and judgement to plan accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems and the techniques used in the design of non-automated systems, applicable programming languages, computer hardware and software, computer operating systems and developing code.

Ability to analyze systems and procedures and communicate effectively.


II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
3 Experience with progressive broad-based information systems, system integration and project delivery experience as a Project Lead
3 Experience designing, planning, and coordinating work teams.
3 Experience with SDLC models such as Waterfall, Spiral, Agile etc.
3 Knowledge of IT project management best practices, to include EIR Accessibility requirements and their technical specifications.
3 Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, with customers and people of all technical levels.
3 Ability to work independently in a team environment.
4 Must have a degree from an accredited 4-year college or university with major course work in computer science, computer information systems, or management information systems.

Preferences:

3 Experience working with Quality Assurance.
3 Knowledge of .Net and MS SQL.
