*Project Coordinator*

*San Jose, CA*


As the team s Project Coordinator, you will assist the Project Executive in
day-to- day execution, with a focus on timeline, budget, and quality. You
will need to understand and advocate the product, business case, and
environment the system lives in to both internal and external audiences.
Critically, you will ensure that efforts are coordinated and integrated in
order to achieve the project objectives. As our
projects are out-of- the-box by design, you will be expected to seek,
investigate, and implement creative solutions to challenges and obstacles
that emerge.

To get specific, your responsibilities will be to:

- Provide clarity to stakeholders and team members on current project
- Implement project and program management for planning, schedule, and
- Aggressively pursue program-specific tasks and issues identified by
the Project Executive to conclusion;
- Oversee the work performance of external project partners;
- Assist with tracking project budget expenses and milestone
- Produce documentation in multiple formats to support project needs
including milestone, monthly, and quarterly reports; and
- Support meeting and workshop coordination
We expect you to have:
- An undergraduate business degree and at least five years of work
experience and demonstrated track-record in project coordination activities;
- Excellent communication skills (strong coordination and relational
skills to deal with customers, authorities, internal and external partners);
- Experience with working with diverse teams (overseas exposure is
- Passion for increasing productivity of engineering teams;
- Experience with managing agile software development teams, using agile
methods, tools, and applying best practices; and
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA
- Ability to travel frequently and as needed, including internationally,
to support successful project execution and delivery
