Job Description :
Aggregate and prepare program metrics and dashboards
Develop adhoc reports needed for senior leadership
Assist with organization and setup of program meetings (PI planning, I&A workshop, etc
Assist with execution follow ups and status tracking
Manage Sharepoint, Confluence, JIRA, Rally administration
Manage program distribution lists
Plan and coordinate team events/activities
Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Good experience with SharePoint or Confluence
Previous experience with JIRA preferred
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills.
