Project Coordinator

Role description:
Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day management of projects
Understanding of project, program and portfolio processes to be able to take direction and work independently on project tasks and reports
Understanding of organizational change management principles with the ability to coordinate activities with the PMO and Project managers such as documenting change impacts, creating change toolkit deliverables, and organizing training events
A broad understanding of the end to end business processes of a manufacturing business, from sales through to the end to end supply chain
The ability to organize individual work and assist with tasks to facilitate the work of others
Effective communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
Proven ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives under pressure, with high levels of complexity and ambiguity

Hands-on experience using Project Management and Office Tools
Detail Oriented and strong documentation skills
Supply Chain/Sourcing experience desired. Networking knowledge a plus
Development and tooling background for process improvements would be ideal

Experience in full life cycle project management
Experience with reviewing, editing, and presenting dashboards and reports to management team
Ability to research, qualify, and present findings for new projects on the team
Independent, driven, eager to learn, and share information with other team members. Treats no work as too small to do

Junior candidates. 3-4 years of work experience.
BA/BS degree
