Job Description :
Responsibilities
Support several Technical Product Teams (TPT), utilizing a variety of project management tools.
Take meeting minutes and distribute
Following up on action items
Monthly Project dashboard updates
Updating the Cross Program Submission tracker
Getting resource estimates for project charters and entering them into PPM
Project Roadmap Updates
Team SharePoint Maintenance
Update project dashboards

Education
BA/BS in a life science, engineering or other technical discipline.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 0-4 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Convey easily and quickly any message; Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens attentively and seeks clarification; Responds well to questions.
Writes clearly and informatively; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret complex written information.
Presents clearly and informatively, easily maintaining audience attention and responding to audience needs; Able to facilitate discussion, progress effectively, and manage audience as needed.
Become and remain proficient in all programs necessary to perform the everyday duties of this position.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and project management tools is desirable.
