Experience in business process recommendations in Operations & Maintenance, Records, change control, and the entire Project Management Life Cycle

Develop and maintain the overall program schedule projects utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methods

Planned, communicated, and executed standing up new SharePoint environments for two VA programs

Executed disability compliance for all contract deliverables

Developed multiple successful contract proposals


Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams
Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
Being point of contact for various working groups
Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
