Dynamic Interactive Business Systems Inc. is looking for a Program Architect for its direct Client in North Chicago, IL.
Requirements (All Mandatory):-
- Minimum 8+ years of significant architectural experience is required.
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory design experience.
- Expertise working with AutoCAD or Autodesk Revit MEP is requried.
- Strong project management skill set and organization/coordination skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with (verbally and in writing) all levels of the organization.
- Analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and creativity in problem solving.
Primary Responsibilities:-
- Develops strategic architectural planning for facilities across the portfolio of administrative, laboratory, and manufacturing spaces; implements workplace and facility strategies to design state of the art facilities.
- Provides overall strategic design direction on major facility projects.
- Contributes architectural discipline expertise as the Subject Matter Expert, both internally and with external firms; develops and implements architectural layouts and master plans.
- Performs code reviews and facility assessments.
- Independently executes and/or supports the design and execution of facility projects by applying architectural and engineering theories, concepts, and techniques while coordinating across the disciplines.
- Conceptualizes complete solutions; creates or coordinates the design solutions for novel or complex problems; integrates regulatory and operational needs; assesses cost benefit.
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert in the architecture discipline; participates in internal, cross-divisional teams to develop and align practices and standards.
- Manages multiple, often concurrent, projects and meets deadlines; makes difficult decisions regarding priorities between projects.
