Job Description :
This position will enable the enhancement team to stay on schedule throughout the life of the enhancement. The Programmer\Developer Analyst will work closely with analysts, developers and other functional groups across the organization.

Relies on experience and judgement to plan accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems and the techniques used in the design of non-automated systems, applicable programming languages, computer hardware and software, computer operating systems and developing code. Ability to analyze systems and procedures and communicate effectively.


II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
4 Experience as a Programmer\Developer Analyst.
4 Plans, develops, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. Evaluates user request for new or modified program. Work involves assisting in analyzing systems outlines
4 Knowledge of .Net coding and MS SQL.
4 Hands on knowledge of EIR Accessibility requirements and their technical specifications.
4 Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, with customers and people of all technical levels.
4 Ability to work independently in a team environment.
4 Must have a degree from an accredited 4-year college or university with major course work in computer science, computer information systems, or management information systems.
