Job Description:

OIT supplemental DATACOM Technical/Database support for upgrading DATACOM DBMS Version 14 to Version 15.
Maintain and support DATACOM databases, providing backups, recoveries, and disaster recovery.
Monitor space utilization for all DATACOM databases, logs, etc. Monitor DATACOM database fragmentation and perform reorgs when required.
Provide logical and physical database design and implementation of physical DB structures into DATACOM DBMS.
Provide technical and lead database support for OIT projects to facilitate successful completion of established goals.
Daily core-hour on-site support presence and on-call availability during off hours.
Skills Required:
CA DATACOM DBMS, CA DATACOM Server, IBM Z/OS, IBM utilities, IBM JCL, TSO, CA DATACOM Utilities, SQL, CA DATACOM DataDictionary, CA DATACOM DataQuery.
Skills Preferred:
Nice to have CA SYSVIEW DATACOM monitoring experience. CA-ROSCOE
Experience Required:
10 years of CA DATACOM.
Education Required:
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
