Job Description :
IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a .NET Kentico Developer to join our customer in Columbus, OH. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. Hiring Manager would like to have all qualified candidates interview face to face. Only LOCAL CANDIDATES are considered for this role.
Job Duties:
Support current custom .Net code and assist with implementation and development of Kentico based .Net applications. Functions by performing the duties listed below
Support and integration of applications into the Kentico platform
Write code that accurately renders web designs using standard web languages and techniques (primary focus in ASP.NET with MVC framework)
Consult with customers and managers to plan, develop, manage and complete projects
Work with a team of designers and developers to achieve project goals
Troubleshoot issues with existing web applications and provide additional technical assistance to end users
Maintain and update content for existing websites
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Kentico CMS platform
Proficiency with altering Kentico source code
Proficiency with .Net languages including C#
Proficiency with standard web programming languages, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Focus on using web development best practices
Focus on user-friendly and accessible design and interface experience
Ability to operate a personal computer using the Microsoft Office Suite of software under the Microsoft Windows operating system
Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred
Kentico administration
Kentico certification(s)
Proficiency with web programming frameworks and protocols, including ASP.NET MVC and jQuery
