Role: Programme Test Manager
Location: New York, NY
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Should have assisted strategy and portfolio across Front, Middle & Back Office for different asset classes
Should have worked in a Regulatory program of a large Bank (experience in MiFID II is strongly preferred )
Test Strategy creation and ownership of business-critical work streams, gaining buy in from all stakeholders
Provided Quality assurance on project deliverable releases based on Agile schedule
Successfully leveraged resources across multiple projects to do more with less. Consistently met project milestones for multiple simultaneous projects
Day to day management and ownership of all testing activities (SIT, UAT, Performance)
Responsible for creating detailed project plans and work breakdown structure plans to illustrate resource allocation and scheduling tasks
Participated in regular meetings with senior management and business to communicate accomplishments, plans and issues as well as any risks to the releases
Effectively lead teams with various staffing models of internal and external on-shore and off-shore resources
Developed best practices and procedures to be used by the entire team which spanned various internal projects
