Program Manager with Artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine learning



Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) * Engage with Senior Client Management including CIO/ VPs and program manage the implementation of the automation platform in collaboration space.

Regularly present new product plans, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap, as well as stay in sync with end-user features and service infrastructure



Detailed Job Description:

Program manager needed to handle NIA implementation at client location for SPS

Key Responsibilities:

Track all defined deliverables from conception through launch, leveraging established processes, tools, and communications mechanisms Exert technical influence over multiple teams, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing your deep knowledge and experience.

Understand high-level technical aspects of existing systems and services Contributing to team discussions around system component design, improvement and integration Possess expert knowledge in performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices Drive cross functional teams both at onsite and offshore to achieve program objectives



Qualifications

15-20 years of program management experience with AI and Machine learning and delivering end-user facing products and services Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly, and the temperament to lead a change in direction when needed Think creatively and critically about product features, architecture, and capabilities Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment Strong project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
