Essentials:

Program Test Lead/Manager:Functional: 10+ Years of experience
in Software Engineering Development, Test Management & Quality
Assurance Solid understanding Manual testing process. Should be
able to architect manual testing strategy and practices around complex
applications spread across multiple platforms including AS400, SAP, Hana,
Middleware, etc. In-depth knowledge of a variety of testing
techniques and methodologies. Experience of defining Test Data
Profiling approaches and Test Data Management approaches Strong
knowledge of current industry wide Quality & Test processes and
practices Excellent written, oral communication skills Ability to
interact with all levels of the organization including executive management
(VP/Directors) to drive steering committee meetings Ability
to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively
Ability to work independently or as a member of the team, Ability to set
priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
Thorough understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes
Business Process Knowledge Functional understanding of one or more of
following business processes - Procure to Payment, Order to Cash,
Manufacturing, Global Trade, Supply Chain Hand-on Knowledge of HP ALM
and HP QC Understanding of integration of applications, middleware
and processes associated

Role:

Develop & define test data strategy for various
projects/programs, Define enterprise wide manual testing frameworks
catering to various technology stacks. Mentors teams, Conduct
trainings, and resolve technical issues. Develop and
define processes, guidelines, conduct audit and compliance checks.
Benchmark against industry standards. Develop best practices. Bring
in innovative solutions Define test data generation, strategies
Establish and define test data approach across business
process flows such OTC, PTP etc. Coordination with various
groups/functions within organization. Develop plan and schedule based on
project/program testing timelines and ensure availability of test data
during various testing phases.

Ability to Plan, Strategize, Estimate effort and Guide Team. Excellent
Communication & Leadership skills, Ability to sail through various levels
within client organization and excellent stakeholder Management. Experience
of working in onsite-offshore model. Ability to communicate conceptual
ideas clearly and effectively, think outside box. Ability to work
independently or as a member of the team. Ability to set priorities, meet
deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
