Program/ Project Manager

Skill requirement:
Should have at least 12-15 years of IT experience
Delivery management role for CDM
Should have experience working in onsite/offshore model & related Quality management processes
Should have experience of working with American customers at onsite at least for few years
Should have worked as Technical lead/manager, as part of large program consisting of multiple projects predominantly in Java technology stack and open source stack
Experience in implementing latest technology solutions (Cloud, Rules engine, Event architecture, micro service architecture etc.,)
General experience in other technology stack like Sales force, SharePoint project, Lotus notes migrations, Front end applications, Big Data, BI, reporting, Infra solutions.
Should have experience of business development, account mining
Should be people oriented, team player, passionate and committed
Should have excellent written and verbal communication
Should have excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to connect with CxO and executive level customer stakeholders
Should be Bachelor of Engineering/Masters in computer science or related stream
Experience of working in Travel/Transportation/Logistics/Railroad industry is a plus
Travel readiness expected to travel across multiple cities within US as required
Flexibility expected to work with overlapping hours with offshore teams in India

Role & Responsibility:
Responsible for growing the account portfolio through account mining activities
Responsible for building customer relationship in the account portfolio
Responsible for providing technical and delivery guidance to the team
Responsible for conducting regular team reviews with weekly status reports
Responsible for conducting fortnightly reviews with customer managers
Responsible for all project delivery under the portfolio
Responsible for overseeing the operations of Invoicing, resourcing, SOW creation etc.,
Responsible for getting all resource requirements, follow-up on fulfillment till onboarding
