Role : Program/ Project Manager (Change Management)

Job Description :

Minimum of 5 years combined communication, change management and program management experience
Proven experience in managing large scale IT transformation changes across multiple geographic regions
Creative and resourceful approaches to problem-solving
Ability to operate effectively with general guidance
Ability to be flexible, adapt, and work in ambiguous situations
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for all levels of audiences (technical and non-technical, management to individual contributors)
Ability to work effectively with all levels in an organization
Ability to present the “business case” in a way that motivates and accelerate adaptation
Excellent organizational skills with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies, paying attention to details, absorbing large amounts of information and distilling it down to the essentials
Understanding of Adobe ITs transformation vision and being resilient, tenacious and dependable in leading the changes
Strong people skills, with ability to motivate and influence people towards a common vision
Excellent negotiation, conflict management and resolution skills to diplomatically resolve conflicts
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively, support and act in a lead role as a change expert
Ability to effectively facilitate discussion and coach team members to achieve set goals

Responsibilities :
The Program Manager of Change Management will play a key role in ensuring that programs and projects(change initiatives) meet objectives on time by increasing employee adoption of the change
This person will focus on the people side of the change (including changes to processes, technology, culture and behavior) to drive smooth adoption, increase benefit realization, value creation, and ROI
Create and implement change management strategies and plans (communications, roadmap, coaching, training, and resistance management) that maximize adoption and minimize resistance
Conduct survey to measure transformation adoption maturity
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Evaluate and ensure user readiness
Support and engage with senior executives
Mentor managers as they guide their team through transitions
Support and coordinate with project teams to integrate change management activities into their project plan
