Job Title: Program/Project Manager-Cloud Implementation

Job Description:
20+ Years of IT experience
Must have managed large cloud implementation programs in the past (MS Azure Preferred)
Responsible for end-to-end program / project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end
Experience setting up and executing a training plan across multiple departments, and through a vendor
Experience working with a 3rd party software vendor
Ability to encourage tasked individuals to perform their duties with a strong 1st time Quality mindset
Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment that will involve a 3rd party vendor as well as Subject Matter Experts from across the Org and areas of the business
Ability to represent the business needs instead of the technical requirements
Able to moderate and hear all sides of a discussion
Effective communicator
Experience with process redesign
Creates and delivers presentations to senior management on project goals and plans, including progress reports
Implements program level processes, procedures and performance metrics
Develops and revises complex project plans and budgets, works with users to understand complex problems and focuses on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines
Ability to learn and understand the Org Organizational structure and adapt quickly to sudden changes in scope
Should be based out of onsite Monday - Friday
