Program Manager:
· Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
· Prioritization of requirements and closely work with IT Team to schedule each into a release cycle
· Assist IT Team in effort estimation for the scoped requirements.
· Participate in funding estimations, discussions and finalization
· Continuously work with Development and QA team to ensure the requirements are implemented and validated per business requirements and accommodate any change necessary well in time during the scheduled release cycle in Agile & SDLC methodologies
· Strong hands on experience in handling End to End project lifecycle – Discover to Implementation phase with successful on-time project deliveries
· Proficient in Agile and SDLC Methodology
· Experienced in Business Process Management to meet company’s goals and improved Customer Satisfaction
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Long term experience in team leading and project management
· Accustomed to working in both large and small team environments located across multiple locations and time zones
· Cisco experience and Well-versed in domain of Software Supply Chain Licensing Operations will be a plus
