Looking for Program Managers with Distribution/Warehouse project experience.

Responsibilities
Candidate to lead the IT application work required to bring up new distribution centers
Candidate would ideally have experience with warehouse management systems (Manhattan, SAP, etc, as well as general distribution center operations.
Promote and enforce project management standards including adherence to the IT Project Lifecycle Methodology
Ensure application of IT best practice project management tools, techniques and methods
Ensure completion of project deliverables using the Project Document Tracker
Develop and improve common tools, templates and processes
Partner with the IT sponsors to create Project Requests and to stay engaged during execution
Facilitate preparation of estimates, schedules and resource requirements for new initiatives
Earn the trust of project sponsor and ensure their accountability
Monitor and escalate Resource Capacity and Resource needs specifically cross team resource dependencies
Ensure that IT Infrastructure, Security and IT Risk, and subject matter expertise resource needs are identified for all projects
Manage budget, including Budget vs Actual dollar tracking of project, visibility and planning for any budget overruns, and input to capital forecasts and accruals
Validate and provide input around risks, issues and schedule details for the bi-weekly In-Flight status report updates
Partner with Internal Audit to validate general PMO process and SOX compliance
Oversee decision making of project managers by coordinating and monitoring project management activities
Synthesize project-level data into metrics that will enable decision making by IT Leadership
Lead and collaborate with IT leaders to communicate to business on a regular basis via Project Steering Committee meetings
Oversee cross project planning, and identification of dependencies, risks, and issues both within a portfolio and across projects
Monitor and mitigate escalated project risks
Shepherd any change management that is required (both organizational change management and project change management)
Responsible for follow up on Opportunities for Improvement (action items) out of the Lessons Learned
Mentor project managers on company IT methodology and project management best practices
Validates project financials by processing cap-ex project invoices, reconciling hours, enforcing our policies and interrogating vendor billing
Setup of SharePoint Site and ensuring that all project information is accurate
Provide kick-off of new projects
