Job Description :
Program Manager with business process transformation background
Bigger than RPA, that would be a singular process transform workstream, we have multiple processes across customer program management, demand/supply planning and quality that we are looking to centralize and drive toward standard adoption.
We have a rough framework of the high level steps and workstreams including process design, training of process and org/role mapping to processes to drive against some of our sites
Would need to have a strong PM background, strong past work in this space as a senior process analyst, process architect.
Mandatory Skills:
Need strong business process mapping, communications skills to work in coordinating across a diverse group of site and mgt. resources.
