FULLTIME POSITION
Role: Program Manager /Customer Success Leader
Location : Chicago, IL

Must have:
Project Management:
* Experience in leading multiple projects. Should act as on-site project coordinator.
* Lead a portfolio of technical customer projects to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
* Experience in executing the fixed cost projects in agile methodology.
* Act as liaison between customer and off-shore development team.
* Experience leading agile development projects informed by a thorough understanding of agile methodologies and principles. Should act as on-site scrum master for ongoing projects.
* Should be able to identify risks in execution and able to manage change control, slippages in schedule.
* Should coordinate with different teams/stake holders at on-site to unblock development team.
* Track projects to keep on schedule and to adjust resource allocation based on work prioritization using input from multiple managers that track all phases of the project from discovery through deployment and completion.
Customer Engagement
* Excellent communicator. Should be able to bridge communication between off-shore team and customer.
* Customer first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer loyalty
* Work with technical and business stakeholders to understand success criteria and formulate the plans to achieve that.
* Track record of deriving a consultative and solution-oriented approach for customers.
* Handle escalations and ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
Hands-on Contribution:
* Gain a full understanding of the organization’s needs in order to detail project plans, establish timescales, resources etc.
* Should start new project discussions and do initial requirement gathering or can drive scope discussions.
* Should gain knowledge of customer processes and build knowledge and expertise over customer business domain.
* Should create collateral or case-studies as per customer work.
Good to Have:
* Bigdata/Data warehouse/Database background
* Experience in working on Cloud based projects.
* AWS certification or knowledge on AWS.
* Knowledge on CICD, DevOps automation and QA automation.
