Essential Skills:
Experience managing both Hardware and Software New Product Introduction Programs
Work with cross-functional team partners including Engineering, Product Marketing, and Operations to rapidly bring new product offering to market.
Work with Product marketing to define product scope (PRD)
Manufacturing plan for the New Products which covers manufacturing strategy, Fulfilment strategy, Test planning and Supply chain strategy
Coordinate and manage Operations NPI activities and deliverables, NPI build scheduling, support, and communications as required
In working with the Supply Chain Managers, support the procurement and/or build of prototype, pilot, and first production material
Conducting of gate reviews to ensure successful launches
Development and publication of new product roadmaps to all stakeholders and communicating any changes in schedule between Concept Commit and FCS
