Job Description :
Team is looking to bring on an experienced Program Manager in Bay Area to manage a series of projects during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities that include project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting. This resource should be PMP Certified with and understanding or background in software development. MBA preferred. They''ll be working with high level employees and must have business savvy as well as the ability to effectively communicate at that level. Worker will work onsite in an open space.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop, track and manage project milestones, project plans, timelines and scope. Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising
Good understanding of Agile process (Scrum Framework, Lean and Scaled Agile Framework
Agile, PMP.
Facilitate identification of timelines, dashboards, success metrics, and financial scorecards for each initiative.
Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements.
Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing.
Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures.
Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized.
Provide expert advice and coaching to leads and teams to ensure best-practice execution.
Create a measurement system and/or tool to assess awareness, understanding, buy-in and support of change management activities.
Make reports and presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.
Bachelor''s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of Agile and agile transformation.
People management and team building skills.
