Job Description :
MAJOR DUTIES:
Provides project management and consultation for IT team members
Primary focal point for Client communications and escalations as well as responding to RFP’/RFI’s Pre Sales Technical Suctioning and client proposal management.
Responsible for Day to Day Management of Infrastructure support staff.
Sets team schedules, service/project/program strategy, and priorities; identifies team member roles and responsibility.
Provides vendor, contract and outsourcing management
Client Governance
SLA and KPI Management
Contract Management
P&L Management
Onshore/Offshore Data Center Management and Support
Data Center Architecture and Support
Service Delivery Management and Support
Program/Project Management
Delivery Engagement Management
Plans, directs and coordinates entire program activities in the field of Network Operations Center.
Performs appropriate duties associated with IT project-based activities.
May direct the work of IT contractors, as needed.
Provides backup for Information Technology Director.
Participates in the identification, development and communication of new technology standards and best practices as appropriate
