7 years+ experience, good experience working with cross functional stakeholder, management of large program (enterprise level)

Job Duties:
Accountable for execution of a program that requires a high level of cross functional teamwork under time constraints and tight budgets. Responsible for further program definition, issue escalation, risk management and delivery. Manage the program budgets, scope, and conduct resource planning.
Manage geography projects within the global program, and ensure the direction of the initiative remains aligned with the global strategic objectives.
Facilitate discussions and workshops on complex topics to drive clarity and understanding among a diverse set of stakeholders while achieving desired outcomes.
Develop action plans to gain stakeholder buy-in across multiple functions and geographies related to the global implementation strategy.
Effectively collaborate with senior leaders, managers, and team members. Inspire and lead a virtual team while working effectively cross-functionally with and through business and IT partners.
Facilitate alignment with system vendors, client technology staff, and third party integrators.
Demonstrate record of accomplishment of achieving common goals, adding stakeholder value, and building and maintaining trust.
Maintain a high level of understanding of inter-dependencies between business processes, IT systems and applications.
Manage the program in a product-driven environment with accountability for deadlines and value propositions.

Extensive program management experience with minimum 7 years required.
Proven background in leadership, project management principles, practices, concepts, methods and techniques.
Expert skills in developing program roadmaps, project plans, resource planning and budgeting.
Strong preference for program or project management experience related to Identity and Access Management (IAM), SOX compliance, Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) or Audit remediation.
Preference for candidates with experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Active Directory and IAM technology ecosystems.
Knowledge of supply chain operations or distribution center practices helpful but not required.
Understanding of internal auditing standards, PCAOB standards, COSO Internal Control Framework and risk assessment practices helpful.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and capacity to anticipate, comprehend and manage project dependencies across other initiatives in the network.
Ability to articulate, drive, and ensure process standardization and adoption of best practices.
Proven ability to navigate and get things done within a large and complex organization.
Proven presentation and facilitation skills, including high-profile, executive communications.
Demonstrated experience working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others.
Ability to work independently, with limited direction and guidance, and provide appropriate direction to other team members.
Deep experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite including strong Excel modeling skills
PMI, CSM, Six Sigmertification or CMMI experience a plus
Exposure to JIRA or Version One tools
