Description
Typical Onsite Project/Program Manager responsibilities of :
Working closely with customer on a day to day basis in planning, prioritizing, executing the project.
Work closely with the globally distributed teams across US and India locations (on-shore and off-shore working model)
Be the ultimate point of ownership for the success/failure of the project.
Just can't be confined to Project Management alone being lost in sprint plans, JIRA etcshould be able to get involved in technical and functional understanding of what is being developed for the customer.
Manage and mitigate project risks and be responsible for the schedule, scope and cost of the project delivery.
