Position Title: Program Manager
Location: North Chicago, IL.
Duration: 6+ months

Requirements (All Mandatory):-

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of Program Manager experience is required.
- Strong Project Management background.
- Experience successfully planning and managing highly complex and large scale enterprise based programs/project.
- Depth and proven track record in specialized area require.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence.
- Proven communication skills; both written and verbal with technical and non-technical staff and all levels of management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, operations, finance, etc.
- Experience in similar various Project portfolio management (PPM) tools.
- Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering experience.
