Need a strong program manager who can drive the implementation of Kronos for the remaining SBG''s (Kronos Dimensions
Must be able to work with/present to senior leadership in HR, business and IT across HON. Previous Kronos implementation experience is a plus.
Serve as a team Leader for multiple large initiatives, varying in complexity; responsible for developing, implementing and managing all tasks that relate to the projects; has substantial impact on profitability or operating efficiency of the employing organization(s) and signification influence on policy information.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of IT and its exploitation in both own and other organization. Either as a functional manger, Budget owner or senior project consultant, take full responsibility and accountability for all key program decisions. Provide leadership and manage a portfolio of multiple large-scale highly complex projects/programs(s) with integration across several functional areas and/or organizations, including cross-functional or cross – organizational project teams.
Direct the integration of project plans, developing project/program strategy and overall execution across multiple project/program(s) and organization, including the development of project standards, procedures and quality objectives, project plans, schedules, cost and organization widemetrics. Manage cost benefit analysis and negotiate for financial, physical, and /or human resources to support multiple projects/or organization objectives or a program (within and across organizational boundaries
Ensure use of Process Improvement techniques, such as six sigma tools and SEI-CMM processes and lessons learned from other projects. Take action on identified potential risks and issues; develop and implement changes as necessary to ensure project meets time, costs and quality objectives, providing proposals for solutions to senior management if escalation is required. Develop and maintain a productive work relationship with key stakeholders and other IT partners; assessing overall customer satisfaction and project success.
Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years project/program management. Leadership experience and relevant functional experience across multiple disciplines. Project Management Certification (PMP), ITL foundation certification, Greeenbelt and /or DFSS training and certification may be required.
