Experience in Agile methodology, project and program management practices.
Should have handled projects with team size of 50 Must have excellent stakeholder management, status tracking, resource management, revenue management, budget management.
Should have experience in status reporting to senior leadership including CXX level leaders.
Should have experience in ALM tools like TFS, Rally Should have experience in working at client location.
Should have experience of handling atleast one large program.
Should have experience in proposal preparation, resource loading and pricing.
Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication.
Good to have Life Brokerage domain experience PMP certification preferred.
Good to have experience in Microsoft stack.
