Job Description :
Accomplishes information technology results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
b) Maintains staff by orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment;
c) Maintains organization''s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
d) Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables; In concert with business users, collect, refine requirements and do high level design and planning in response to stimulus legislative initiatives and performance needs
e) Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
f) Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; initiating corrective action.
g) Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
h) Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
i) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Previous experience in unemployment or DOL projects
Must have experience using office automation and project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Visio, Microsoft Office and other tool sets.
Must have proven software design and development programming planning and delivery background.
