Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

This Implementation Assistance Would Include, But Is Not Limited To:

ASSIST (AND OFTEN LEAD) IN THE GATHERING OF REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION AND/OR ONGOING MATURATION OF SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE DOCUMENTATION AND ARTIFACTS

PARTICIPATE IN ARCHITECTURAL REQUIREMENTS GATHERING, DESIGN, REV IEW AND ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES OF STATE SYSTEMS AS WELL AS BUSINESS PARTNER/SERVICE PROVIDER INFORMATION SYSTEMS

PARTICIPATE IN THIRD-PARTY REVIEWS AND/OR ASSESSMENTS OF STATE AND BUSINESS PARTNER SYSTEMS

UTILIZE MICROSOFT OFFICE SOFTWARE SUITE, ENTERPRISE, GOVERNANCE, RISK AND COMPLIANCE (EGRC) SYSTEM AND OTHER PRODUCTS TO DOCUMENT AND REPORT ON INFORMATION GATHERED DURING REQUIREMENTS GATHERING, DESIGN, REVIEW AND ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES

COLLABORATE WITH OTIS LEADERSHIP, BUSINESS PARTNERS AND OTHER PARTIES/STAKEHOLDERS TO PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS ON EFFORTS THAT SUPPORT THE STATE IT ENTERPRISE

This Implementation Assistance Would Include, But Is Not Limited To:

COORDINATE CROSS-PROJECT ACTIVITIES

FORMULATE, ORGANIZE AND MONITOR INTER-CONNECTED PROJECTS

MONITOR AND SUPPORT DEADLINES, BUDGETS AND ACTIVITIES

0 APPLY CHANGE, RISK AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

COLLABORATING WITH AGENCIES TO PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS

DOCUMENT ALL MEETINGS ATTENDED, DIRECTIVES, AND SIGNIFICANT PHONE CONVERSATIONS.

DEVELOP AND DELIVER PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL PROGRAM UPDATES TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT STAKEHOLDERS.

COMMUNICATES WITH IT LEADERSHIP, BUSI NESS LEADERSHIP AND IT BUSINESS CONSULTANTS TO COMMUNICATE PROGRAM STRATEGY, DIRECTION AND CHANGES.

RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING KEY PROJECT MILESTONES AND RECOMMENDING ADJUSTMENTS TO PROJECT MANAGERS

MUST POSSESS EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE IN THE USE OF PROJECT
MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES AND TOOLS.

Required Education/Certifications:

B.A. IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OR RELATED FIELD

10 YEARS' OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED IN
LIEU OF EDUCATION.

MINIMUM 8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT OF LARGE IT PROJECTS

Preferred Education/Certifications:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN A RELATED SUBJECT
