Position Title: Program Manager
Location: Chicago, IL.
Duration: LONG TERM

Dynamic Interactive Business Systems Inc. is looking for a Program Manager for its direct Client in Chicago, IL.

Assume direct responsibility for the overall cost, schedule and technical performance of multiple inter-related projects or initiatives.
Direct all phases of assigned programs and initiatives from inception through completion to achieve desired business objectives and organizational strategies.
Serve as primary communicator to executive leadership, various levels of management, technology partners and key customers.
(e.g., leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance

Requirements:

3-5 years of program management experience
Bachelor''''s degree. Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications
Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills
ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues
high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others
Must have excellent communication skills to all levels, experience working with external vendors
strong project management skills
strong leadership skills
demonstrated experience managing programs with varying degree of complexity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Experience:
Looking for 3+ years of experience with program management. Looking for a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.

Must have Skills:
Attention to details; Reporting and tracking expertise
Understanding of business-critical issues
Expertise with excel and MS tools
