Job description:
The Power BI Developer will work with the business user and Data Base Administrators developing the reports and queries needed for the Division. The Power BI Developer needs strong analytical and problem solving skills to translate user requirements into dashboards, visualizations and reports. The Power BI Developer must have experience in translating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to Power BI reports. The Power BI Developer needs to be able to pull information from DB2 tables in Power BI and SQL. The Power BI Developer will integrate federal, state and DSS security requirements/safeguards into the reports and queries needed for the Division.

Required Skills:
Microsoft Power BI – Required 2 Years
Writing in Structured Query Language (SQL) – Required 8 Years
Relational Database Management System - DB2 or SQL Server – Required 2 Years
Analyzing and building reports – Required 4 Years
Optimizing Microsoft Power BI dashboards for usability and performance – Required 2 Years
