Job Description :
Title: Production support for Ingenium
Location: Richmond, VA

Highly developed problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
4+ years of experience with Ingenium
Understanding of batch cycles in Ingenium
Good understanding of Annuities and various products associated with it like SPIA/ FIA/ SPDA/ MVA
Experienced in post transaction activities for Policy Administration
Analyze requirements and formulate an appropriate business/technical solution that meets functional and non-functional requirements.
Work on business user’s queries, analyze existing system to find out root cause of the problem and Implement/provide solution to the problem.
Take an active role in the cross-functional design
Assess new requirements and determine their impact on existing timeline and deliverables; determine the level of effort to implement changes and additions.
Support project during UAT, and production rollout.
Provide continual improvement process for batch cycle runs highlighting risks if any
