Interact with Business Partners to gather issues and needs in application

Prepare approaches to resolve production issues.
Support the production systems and optimizing them.
Solve problems relating to mission critical services and build automation to prevent
problem recurrence
Perform Impact analysis of the reported issues or risks and try to find root causes and solve
the issue by going through the business and systems workflow.
Incident resolution and supporting production system deployments while ensuring SLAs are
Create, update, and amend relevant production support documentation (Run books, Issue
Tracker etc.
Collaborating with other tech leads and support teams to ensure integrated end-to-end
availability, reliability, and performance
Support new designs, standards and methods for large-scale distributed systems.
Identification and decommissioning of redundant systems / processes.
Perform standard and technology advancement reviews for upcoming development
Establishing & monitoring the processes for defect Management and Quality Management
Communicate project enhancements and issue resolutions through email and presentations
