Role
Production Support Engineer

Responsibilites - In detail
Monitoring of production job as per rotation
Inform stakeholders in case of any failure or SLA miss. Involve the appropriate team to debug & fix the issue
Update Problem ticket with resolution post the issue fix. Raise defect to further track the issue for the development fix
Provide enhancement to the development team
Involvement in Release deployment & validation
Coordinate with Dev/QA team to understand the new features getting added in the release to effectively support the product
Provide infrastructure support & validation
Provide weekend support on need basis
Technical Skills - In Detail
(Essential Skills)
Good Hands on in Unix & shell scripting
Autosys exp
Has worked in Prod support team
Problem Ticket experience
Debugging skills/How to check logs etc in case of issues
Technical Skills
(Desired Skills)
Experience in Banking Domain
Experience Level
Min 2 yrs exp. in Production Support role and overall 7+ years.
