Production Support Analyst

A strong background in providing global operations support for Dev, Test, and Production environments
Investigate, resolve and escalate Dev, Test, and Production issue escalation to other staff members and Communicate resolution to appropriate stakeholders
Expertise in defining, governing and enforcing Incident, Problem, Change, and Event Management ITIL disciplines
Mainframes, Distributed Systems Production Support Experience in a complex environment is highly preferred
Proven ability to drive circumvention of operational impacts within an aggressive timeline and drive mean time to resolution (MTTR)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business impacts
Ability to influence without direct authority
Flexibility to work "on call" outside normal business hours as needed and work in a team environment supporting a 24 x 7 x 365.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and good interpersonal skills
4+ years in providing technical trouble-shooting support
