Job Description :
Title: Production Support Lead

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: Long term contract

Responsibilities:

* Ensure Apple Pay servers are highly available
* Monitor, Validate the system using Splunk / Hubble to ensure to
ensure uptime

* Modify / update alerts to reduce the Signal-to-noise ratio
* Debug issues to analyse the root cause, clearly communicate the
impact and mitigation plan
* Effectively communicate with partners about Integration points.
* Participate in Production release, pager duty
* Lead the existing production support team

Skills:

* Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field
(or equivalent experience)
* Expertise in production support
* Expertise in Splunk or similar monitoring platforms

* Hubble experience is an additional value, not a must
* Excellent troubleshooting skills

* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Understanding of regulations/frameworks (ex: PCI, PII, ISO 27001,
NIST)
