Job Overview
MUST HAVE Manages a team with 24/7 production support
- E-Commerce Retail experience is a must!
- Manage and prioritize the Application Support team’s work load in terms of application production issues/exceptions
- Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and resolve complex production problems
- Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators, particularly in terms of in-depth trend analysis
- Maintain application monitoring by creating Dashboards
- Provide technical support to various releases
- Work on production backlogs and enhancements
- Should work in onsite and offsite support model to have 24*7 support
- To examine potential areas for Application Improvement and raise proposals with the Support Manager
- Should have an experience in handling Production engineering/support for retail clients.
- String J2EE knowledge complimented by cache frameworks such as coherence or Giga Spaces and strong knowledge in Oracle Database.
