Job Description :
Under independent direction, the Sr. Production Support Analyst (Sr. PSA) develops integrated solutions to resolve highly complex technical and business issues and plays a major role in the implementation and ongoing support of major systems. The Sr. PSA participates in re-platforming and re-engineering efforts essential to ongoing system support, staying abreast of business and technological changes. The Sr. PSA analyzes current systems considering system capacity, limitations, operation time and desired results. The Sr. PSA documents requirements due to re-engineering of applications, translates into functional and/or technical specifications, writes and executes test cases and plans, oversees the testing process, and maintains vendor relationships for implementation and issue resolution when necessary. The Sr. PSA acts a team leader for application management projects, or a portion of a project, with small budgets of a short duration. This team supports a variety of groups within the organization, but will primarily work with HR group. Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment and manage multiple communication streams daily along with managing multiple tasks. Should have a self starting attitude.

College Degree in Finance, Human Resources, IT, or fields related to legal or regulatory markets would be preferred

-1+ years of SQL Experience

-Experience working in Workday

-Experience troubleshooting processes, applications, or data.

-Experience with documentation

-Agile experience is preferred.

-Cloud/AWS experience/knowledge is preferred.

-ServiceNow experience is preferred.

-Experience with vendor hosted applications preferred.
